The Northeast Buildings & Facilities Management Show.
April 14–15, 2027 · DCU Center, Worcester.
For twenty-one years, the people who run New England’s buildings have come to Worcester to decide what to buy next.
Facilities directors, chief engineers, property managers and owners from all six states, on one floor, with projects already in motion.

Organizations that sent attendees to NEBFM in 2025 and 2026, from our registration records. Exhibitors receive the complete list after the show.
Job titles as registered, with the organization that sent them. Names and contact details go only to exhibitors.
Based on NEBFM 2026 attendee registrations, excluding exhibitor staff and speakers. Seniority is classified from self-reported job titles. Percentages are rounded.

A complimentary networking luncheon is served right in the exhibit hall. Attendees eat, grab a drink and talk business steps from your booth, instead of leaving the building.

Refuse trucks, loaders, compressors, service trucks and vans roll right onto the exhibit floor, where facilities buyers can climb in, kick the tires and talk specs.

Two days of demos, handshakes and real projects, booth after booth.

Exhibitors, facility managers and industry leaders on why face-to-face still wins. Every clip is captioned.
There’s something here for everyone, whether it’s attending a session or whether it’s meeting a new service provider or meeting a colleague and saying, hey, you know what, let’s go together and let’s see what’s out there that’s new that can help me be more productive and efficient. What I get out of this event is the opportunity to walk the floor, talk to vendors, talk to service providers, and also talk to fellow facilities professionals and also maintenance professionals that attend this show. A lot of ideas, a lot of opportunities arise just by communicating with these folks. There’s been such a proliferation of digital advertising, digital outreach. Everybody’s inbox is full of emails that they didn’t solicit, and it’s hard to make that connection. But when you’re standing face to face in front of somebody, talking to them about their real challenges that they face every day, when you’re meeting people and shaking hands, that’s the environment we need to get to. People buy from people they know and people they like, not just somebody that reached out on a cold email or hit them up on LinkedIn that they’ve never met. The show’s been great. We’ve gotten lots of customers out of it. It’s the exact clientele that we try to go after, so very targeted, and that’s kind of why we do this. We have been at this show year after year, and we love the results. To get everybody coming to us, it saves so much time rather than having to go and see all the customers at their locations. They all come to you. We love it. There’s all kinds of resources. There’s great breakout sessions. There’s a ton of vendors here. Take the time to get down here. It’s going to be worth their while.

I would tell them to get down here. It’s free, there’s all kinds of resources, great breakout sessions, there’s a ton of vendors. I present most years at this conference. The conference has grown, it’s a great conference, and everyone speaks very highly of all the breakout sessions. I’d just tell them to take the time and get down here. It’s going to be worth their while.
