How much does it cost to attend NEBFM?

How do I register for NEBFM 2027?

What education sessions are offered at NEBFM?

NEBFM 2027 runs an educational conference alongside the trade show with 24 individual one-hour talks. Topics include LEED, green building, sustainability, energy, building commissioning, facility maintenance, and construction and renovation planning.

Can I earn CEU credits at NEBFM?

Yes. The NEBFM conference talks are approved for AFE CEU credit, with each session accredited for 1 CEU from AFE. Conference sessions are free for qualified attendees.

Is lunch provided at NEBFM?

Yes. NEBFM 2027 hosts a Networking Luncheon on Wednesday, April 14, 2027 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, open to all attendees, with free beer, wine, soft drinks and food.

Who attends NEBFM?

NEBFM attendees include facility managers, property managers, building owners and operators, chief engineers, and plant and maintenance engineers from across New England and the Northeast. What will I see on the NEBFM show floor?

NEBFM 2027 will feature over 240 companies displaying products and services for the operation, management, maintenance and renovation of buildings and facilities in the Northeast. Attendees get hands-on access to products and technologies from established companies and emerging suppliers.

Can I bring colleagues to NEBFM?

Yes. NEBFM encourages attendees to bring their entire company, and each person should register at nebfm.com/attendee-registration. No one under 18 is allowed at NEBFM.

What are the NEBFM 2027 exhibit hall hours?

The NEBFM 2027 exhibit floor is open Wednesday, April 14, 2027 from 10:00am to 3:00pm and Thursday, April 15, 2027 from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Conference hours are 9:30am-2:15pm on Wednesday and 9:30am-12:45pm on Thursday.

How do I exhibit at NEBFM 2027?

How does NEBFM promote the show to my clients and prospects?

In addition to advertising and targeted email, ProExpos personally calls and invites each NEBFM exhibitor's Top 50 clients and prospects and offers them free lunch. Exhibitors can submit their list at nebfm.com/top-50-clients-prospects

Where do NEBFM exhibitors order booth furnishings, electrical and other services?

The NEBFM Exhibitor Service Kit at nebfm.com/nebfm-exhibitor-service-kit has booth furnishing packages for 10x10 and 10x20 booths, lead retrieval ordering, advance shipping labels, and the DCU Center ordering link for electrical, internet, WiFi, audio visual, cleaning, water and air.

How do NEBFM exhibitors get booth staff badges?

NEBFM exhibitors order show badges for everyone working their booth through the Exhibitor Service Kit, with a limit of 5 badges per 10x10 booth. Company and badge details can be submitted at nebfm.com/company-badge-information

When is NEBFM exhibitor move-in and move-out?

NEBFM exhibitor set-up and dismantle times are published in the Exhibitor Service Kit at nebfm.com/nebfm-exhibitor-service-kit. For NEBFM 2027 timing, contact ProExpos at (510) 888-1661 or info@proexpos.com.

Can I advertise or list my company in the NEBFM show program?
